However, customers will be charged any fees and expenses which may be passed on as consideration for the accessible services they have signed up for, as well as any fees and expenses of transactions made by them in accordance with the institution's fee schedule for this kind of services.
You must be a Unicaja customer and in addition be a party to a card contract and have activated the card in order to sign up for the Digital Banking service.
No, it is not necessary to download the app. The Digital Banking service can be accessed from a web browser.
It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for iOS devices and from Google Play Store for Android devices. In the case of Huawei devices, it can be downloaded from the AppGallery.
If you are not a Unicaja customer, don't worry. You can sign up in the "Become a Customer" section on the Unicaja website or at any of our branches.
To enter the Digital Banking service on the Unicaja website, click on the "Log In" option. You must enter your username and login password to enter your overall position.

The contract must be signed on the same day as we place it at your disposal on the signature platform, otherwise the subscription process will expire.
The Institution will store the electronic document through which the contract is entered into, which can be accessed on the Digital Banking service in the "Consult Contract" section, which is available in My Area / My Signed Documents. The contract will be entered into in Spanish.
